Instructions:
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and add ghee.
Add the grated carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add milk and mix well. Close the lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Release the pressure naturally and open the lid. Add sugar and cook on sauté mode until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts. Mix well and serve hot.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can add a few tablespoons of condensed milk.
