Salt and pepper

tbsp
vegetable oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat vegetable oil. Remove the steak from the marinade and sear on both sides for 2-3 minutes each.
Pour the remaining marinade into the Instant Pot and close the lid. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the steak from the Instant Pot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
Serve the carne asada with your favorite sides and enjoy!
Notes:
For best results, marinate the steak for at least 1 hour or overnight.
