Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Add chicken broth and barbecue sauce to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Serve the pulled chicken on buns or with your favorite side dishes.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add some hot sauce or chili powder to the barbecue sauce.
