Ingredients:

Beef broth

Garlic, minced

Dried thyme

Paprika
Instructions:
Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Sear the steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned.
Add beef broth, garlic, thyme, and paprika to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set to pressure cook on high for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the steaks from the Instant Pot and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes:
For best results, use steaks that are at least 1 inch thick.
