your favorite BBQ sauce
Salt and pepper
to taste
Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika
Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
Pour water into the pressure cooker and place the trivet inside.
Roll the rack of ribs and place it on the trivet inside the pressure cooker.
Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the ribs.
Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and either broil in the oven or grill for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Slice and serve hot.
