Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 rack baby back ribs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup your favorite BBQ sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

Instructions: 

  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season with salt, pepper, and any optional seasonings.
  • Pour water into the pressure cooker and place the trivet inside.
  • Roll the rack of ribs and place it on the trivet inside the pressure cooker.
  • Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the ribs.
  • Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and either broil in the oven or grill for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
  • Slice and serve hot.
