Instructions:
Season the beef chuck roast with salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
Place the seasoned beef in the Instant Pot and add the chopped onion, minced garlic, beef broth, and diced tomatoes.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before manually releasing the remaining pressure.
Shred the beef using two forks.
Serve the shredded beef in tortillas with your favorite toppings.
