Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 piece pork tenderloin about 1.5 lbs
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions: 

  • Season the pork tenderloin with salt, pepper, thyme, and paprika.
  • Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  • Add the minced garlic and broth to the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Remove the pork tenderloin from the Instant Pot and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
  • Serve the pork tenderloin sliced with the cooking juices poured over the top.

Notes:

For a more flavorful dish, you can marinate the pork tenderloin for a few hours before cooking. Serve with your favorite side dishes like mashed potatoes or steamed vegetables.
