Instructions:
Wash the spinach and mustard greens thoroughly and roughly chop them.
Heat oil in the Instant Pot and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
Add chopped onions, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until onions are translucent.
Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric, and salt. Cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add the chopped greens and a little water. Close the Instant Pot lid and cook on high pressure for 5 minutes.
Release the pressure manually and open the lid. Use an immersion blender to blend the greens to your desired consistency.
Add garam masala and adjust salt if needed. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or roti.
