Instructions:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Select 'Sauté' mode on the Instant Pot and heat olive oil.
Brown chicken breasts on both sides, then remove and set aside.
Add chicken broth to deglaze the pot, scraping up any browned bits.
Stir in heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and oregano.
Return chicken breasts to the pot.
Close the lid, set to 'Sealing,' and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
Quick release the pressure and remove the chicken.
Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
Serve chicken with sauce, garnished with fresh parsley.
