Instructions:
Pour the coconut milk into the Instant Pot.
Press the Yogurt function and adjust the time to 8 hours.
After 8 hours, remove the pot from the Instant Pot and let it cool.
Stir in the yogurt starter culture and sweetener.
Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes:
Ensure the coconut milk is full-fat for the best consistency. You can use any sweetener of your choice.
