Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons yogurt starter culture
  • 1-2 tablespoons sweetener (optional)

Instructions: 

  • Pour the coconut milk into the Instant Pot.
  • Press the Yogurt function and adjust the time to 8 hours.
  • After 8 hours, remove the pot from the Instant Pot and let it cool.
  • Stir in the yogurt starter culture and sweetener.
  • Pour the mixture into jars and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes:

Ensure the coconut milk is full-fat for the best consistency. You can use any sweetener of your choice.
