Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Place 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot and insert the steamer rack.
  • Arrange the eggs on the rack and close the lid. Set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
  • Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for a few minutes.
  • Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
  • Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  • Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  • Serve and enjoy your Instant Pot deviled eggs!

Notes:

For a twist, try adding some chopped pickles or a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
