Instructions:
Place 1 cup of water in the Instant Pot and insert the steamer rack.
Arrange the eggs on the rack and close the lid. Set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes, then quick release the pressure.
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water to cool for a few minutes.
Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise. Remove the yolks and place them in a separate bowl.
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
Serve and enjoy your Instant Pot deviled eggs!
Notes:
For a twist, try adding some chopped pickles or a dash of hot sauce to the yolk mixture.
