  • 1 bunch collard greens washed and chopped
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
  • Add the diced onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Add the chopped collard greens and stir to combine.
  • Pour in the broth and season with salt and pepper.
  • Close the pressure cooker lid and set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
  • Once done, quick release the pressure and carefully open the lid.
