soy sauce

Salt and pepper

Instructions:
Season chicken with salt and pepper.
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add a little oil and brown the chicken pieces.
Add garlic and ginger, sauté for another minute.
Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 5 minutes.
Quick release the pressure, add broccoli to the pot.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Stir into the pot to thicken the sauce.
Serve over rice, garnish with sesame seeds.

This recipe is perfect for a quick and healthy dinner. You can also add other vegetables like bell peppers or snap peas for more variety.
