Instructions:
Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Sear the brisket on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
Return the brisket to the pot. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
Remove brisket and let it rest before slicing.
Serve with the cooking juices as a sauce.
Notes:
For best results, let the brisket rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices and makes for a more tender bite.
