Ingredients:  

  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Core the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves. Blanch the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides.
  • Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in the Instant Pot. Pour the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the rolls.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls hot and enjoy!
