Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Core the cabbage and carefully separate the leaves. Blanch the leaves in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place a spoonful of the beef mixture onto each cabbage leaf and roll them up, tucking in the sides.
Place the stuffed cabbage rolls in the Instant Pot. Pour the tomato sauce and diced tomatoes over the rolls.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Serve the stuffed cabbage rolls hot and enjoy!
