Salt, to taste
Instructions:
Add water, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, miso paste, and sesame oil to the Instant Pot.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Strain the broth and discard the solids. Season with salt to taste.
Use the broth for your favorite ramen recipe.
Notes:
This broth can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
