Instructions:
Place the asparagus in the Instant Pot with 1 cup of water. Close the lid and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 1 minute. Quick release the pressure.
Remove the asparagus from the Instant Pot and season with salt and pepper.
In a small pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Pour the garlic oil over the asparagus.
Finish with lemon zest before serving.
Notes:
For a variation, try adding a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese or a dash of balsamic vinegar.
