Instructions:
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
Add beef stew meat and brown on all sides.
Add onions and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
Stir in carrots, potatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Close lid, set to high pressure for 20 minutes.
Allow natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then quick release.
Serve hot and enjoy!
