Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
Sprinkle taco seasoning over the chicken.
Add chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, diced tomatoes, black beans, and corn.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release of pressure.
Shred the chicken using two forks.
Serve the chicken mixture in tortillas with desired toppings.
