Rice noodles
Bean sprouts, basil, lime, and chili

Instructions:
In the Instant Pot, add beef brisket, beef broth, onion, ginger, star anise, cinnamon sticks, cloves, coriander seeds, fish sauce, and sugar.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 30 minutes.
Once done, release the pressure manually and open the lid.
Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
Serve the pho in bowls with rice noodles and top with bean sprouts, basil, lime, and chili.
Notes:
For a richer flavor, you can toast the spices before adding them to the Instant Pot.
