Instructions:
Place the beef tongue in the Instant Pot.
Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.
Pour in the beef broth and add the bay leaves.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 15 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the beef tongue from the Instant Pot and let it cool slightly.
Peel off the outer skin of the tongue.
