beef broth

soy sauce

Worcestershire sauce

brown sugar

Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions:
Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Sear the brisket on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
Return the brisket to the pot. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
Once done, allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
Remove the brisket, slice, and serve with the sauce.
