Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lb beef brisket
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Season the brisket with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil. Sear the brisket on all sides until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onions and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
  • Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar. Stir well.
  • Return the brisket to the pot. Close the lid, set to high pressure for 60 minutes.
  • Once done, allow natural pressure release for 15 minutes, then quick release.
  • Remove the brisket, slice, and serve with the sauce.
