  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 cup rice

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper, and cook until softened.
  • Stir in the diced tomatoes, beef broth, salt, pepper, chili powder, and cumin.
  • Add the rice and stir to combine.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
