Instructions:
In the Instant Pot, combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil.
Add chicken thighs to the pot and coat them with the sauce.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Remove the chicken from the pot and shred or slice it.
Serve the chicken with the sauce from the pot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes:
Serve with steamed rice and vegetables for a complete meal.
