Ingredients:  

Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Sauce

  • 1 cup grape jelly
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions: 

  • In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs.
  • In the Instant Pot, mix together the grape jelly and BBQ sauce.
  • Add the meatballs to the sauce in the Instant Pot.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Serve the meatballs with the sauce over rice or pasta.

Notes:

For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
