Salt and pepper

Sauce

grape jelly

cup
BBQ sauce
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Shape the mixture into meatballs.
In the Instant Pot, mix together the grape jelly and BBQ sauce.
Add the meatballs to the sauce in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Serve the meatballs with the sauce over rice or pasta.
Notes:
For a spicier version, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meatball mixture.
