lamb stew meat, cubed

onion, chopped

carrots, sliced

potatoes, diced

garlic, minced

beef broth

dried thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Saute" function. Add a bit of oil and brown the lamb stew meat for about 5 minutes.
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the bottom of the pot.
Add in the carrots, potatoes, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to "Manual" for 25 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Serve hot and enjoy your Instant Pot Lamb Stew!
