Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs lamb stew meat, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select the "Saute" function. Add a bit of oil and brown the lamb stew meat for about 5 minutes.
  • Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté for another 2 minutes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and deglaze the bottom of the pot.
  • Add in the carrots, potatoes, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to "Manual" for 25 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Serve hot and enjoy your Instant Pot Lamb Stew!
