chicken breast, diced

white beans, drained and rinsed

diced green chilies

Salt and pepper to taste

sour cream

chopped fresh cilantro
Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
Stir in the white beans, green chilies, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick release.
Stir in the sour cream and cilantro.
Serve with a squeeze of lime juice.
