Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper to the pot. Stir to combine.
Break the lasagna noodles into smaller pieces and add them to the pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once the cooking time is up, do a quick pressure release.
Stir the soup and serve topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Garnish with fresh basil.
