Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs

BBQ sauce
Your favorite BBQ sauce

garlic powder

onion powder
to taste

Instructions:
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Season the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Pour water into the Instant Pot and place the trivet inside.
Place the seasoned ribs on the trivet.
Close the Instant Pot lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully remove the ribs.
Brush the ribs with BBQ sauce.
Finish the ribs under the broiler for a few minutes to caramelize the sauce.
Slice and serve hot.
Notes:
For extra flavor, marinate the ribs in the seasoning overnight.
