Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and melt the butter. Add the onions, garlic, and ginger, and cook until softened.
Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides.
Stir in the diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garam masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick pressure release and stir in the heavy cream.
Serve the butter chicken over rice, garnished with fresh cilantro.
