  • 1.5 lbs stew beef, cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Set pressure cooker to sauté mode and brown beef.
  • Add onions and cook until softened.
  • Stir in carrots, potatoes, beef broth, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Close lid, set to high pressure, and cook for 35 minutes.
  • Quick release pressure, adjust seasoning if needed, and serve.
