Instructions:
Season beef tips with salt and pepper.
Set Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown beef tips in batches. Remove and set aside.
Add onion and garlic to the pot, sauté until softened.
Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and thyme. Stir to combine.
Return beef tips to the pot. Close the lid and set to high pressure for 15 minutes.
Quick release pressure and open the lid.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Stir into the beef mixture to thicken.
Serve beef tips over rice or mashed potatoes, garnished with chopped parsley.
