  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chicken broth

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Turn on the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat olive oil.
  • Sear chicken thighs skin side down for 4-5 minutes until browned.
  • Flip chicken thighs and sear for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and deglaze the pot.
