Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • for garnish Fresh parsley

Instructions: 

  • Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Add the halved baby potatoes around the chicken.
  • Pour the chicken broth over the chicken and potatoes.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing.
  • Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release of the pressure.
  • Serve the chicken and potatoes garnished with fresh parsley.
