Ingredients:  

  • 1 cup white rice
  • 1.75 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • to taste Salt

Instructions: 

  • Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  • In the Instant Pot, combine the rice, water, olive oil, turmeric, and salt.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 4 minutes.
  • Allow a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
  • Fluff the rice with a fork and serve hot.
