Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lb chuck roast
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix
  • 0.5 cup butter
  • 5-6 pieces pepperoncini peppers

Instructions: 

  • Season the chuck roast with ranch seasoning mix and place it in the Instant Pot.
  • Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix over the roast.
  • Place butter on top of the roast and add pepperoncini peppers.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid, set to high pressure for 60 minutes, and let it naturally release.
  • Shred the meat and serve with the cooking juices.

Serve with mashed potatoes or over rice for a complete meal.
