Instructions:
Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the chopped kale and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Pour in the vegetable broth and season with salt and pepper.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
Once done, quick release the pressure and serve the kale hot.
Notes:
This recipe is a great way to incorporate more greens into your diet. Feel free to add other seasonings or a squeeze of lemon juice for extra flavor.
