Instructions:
Place chicken, rice, black beans, corn, bell pepper, onion, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and taco seasoning in the Instant Pot.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chicken burrito bowl with optional toppings as desired.
