Instructions:
Place corned beef brisket, onion, garlic, pickling spice, and water in the Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for 90 minutes, then do a natural pressure release.
Add cabbage, carrots, and potatoes to the Instant Pot.
Cook on high pressure for another 5 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
Slice the corned beef and serve with vegetables.
Notes:
For best results, let the corned beef rest for a few minutes before slicing.
