  • 2 pounds venison stew meat
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 carrots, sliced
  • 3 potatoes, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: 

  • Set the Instant Pot to sauté mode and brown the venison stew meat.
  • Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  • Stir in the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid, set to high pressure for 25 minutes.
