Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 0.5 cup chicken broth
  • 0.25 cup butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • In a bowl, mix buffalo sauce, chicken broth, and butter. Pour over the chicken.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release and shred the chicken using two forks.
  • Serve the buffalo chicken on buns or over rice.

Notes:

You can adjust the amount of buffalo sauce to make it more or less spicy.
