Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Season chicken breasts with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour salsa into the Instant Pot and place seasoned chicken breasts on top.
  • Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick pressure release and carefully open the lid.
  • Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the chicken and let it melt.
  • Serve the chicken topped with fresh cilantro.
