Instructions:
Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir well.
Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 1 minute.
Quick release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in chopped parsley.
Serve the shrimp hot over rice or pasta.
