Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions: 

  • Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Add olive oil and garlic, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Add shrimp, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 2 minutes.
  • Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice. Stir well.
  • Close the lid, set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 1 minute.
  • Quick release the pressure and open the lid. Stir in chopped parsley.
  • Serve the shrimp hot over rice or pasta.

This dish is perfect for a quick and easy dinner. You can also customize it by adding your favorite vegetables.
