Close the lid and set to Yogurt function for 8 hours.
After 8 hours, remove the pot and let it cool.
Add yogurt starter culture and mix well.
Cover with a lid and let it sit for another 4-6 hours.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes:
Ensure that the almond milk you use is unsweetened and free from additives for the best results. You can add sweeteners or flavorings after the yogurt is made.
