Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Season the beef with salt and pepper.
  • Heat some oil in the pressure cooker and brown the beef.
  • Add in the onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  • Stir in the tomato paste, thyme, carrots, and potatoes.
  • Pour in the beef broth and season with more salt and pepper.
  • Close the pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes.
  • Release the pressure, open the cooker, and serve hot.
