beef broth

Instructions:
Set the pressure cooker to sauté mode and heat the olive oil.
Brown the beef in batches and set aside.
Sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
Add the beef back to the pot along with the carrots, potatoes, beef broth, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid and set the pressure cooker to high pressure for 25 minutes.
Once done, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes before quick releasing.
Adjust seasoning if needed and serve hot.
