Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
  • Add spaghetti, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth.
  • Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Once done, do a quick release and remove the chicken.
  • Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.

Notes:

For a creamier version, you can add a cup of heavy cream or cream cheese after shredding the chicken and returning it to the pot.
