Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in the Instant Pot.
Add spaghetti, diced tomatoes, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, and chicken broth.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
Once done, do a quick release and remove the chicken.
Shred the chicken and return it to the pot.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes:
For a creamier version, you can add a cup of heavy cream or cream cheese after shredding the chicken and returning it to the pot.
