Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs pig feet
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 cups water
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • Clean and rinse the pig feet thoroughly.
  • Place pig feet in the Instant Pot and add onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, water, salt, and pepper.
  • Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 45 minutes.
  • Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
  • Carefully remove the pig feet from the Instant Pot and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add a bay leaf or star anise to the Instant Pot before cooking.
