Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Clean and rinse the pig feet thoroughly.
Place pig feet in the Instant Pot and add onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, water, salt, and pepper.
Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to high pressure for 45 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Carefully remove the pig feet from the Instant Pot and serve hot.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add a bay leaf or star anise to the Instant Pot before cooking.
