white rice

chicken broth

boneless, skinless chicken breasts

teaspoon
garlic powder

teaspoon
onion powder
Salt and pepper
to taste
Chopped parsley
for garnish
Instructions:
Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
Place the rice in the Instant Pot and add the chicken broth.
Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the rice.
Close the Instant Pot lid and set the valve to sealing.
Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
Allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes, then do a quick pressure release.
Remove the chicken and shred it with two forks.
Fluff the rice with a fork and serve with the shredded chicken on top.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice or a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese before serving.
