Instructions:
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, water, garlic, and ginger.
Add pork belly slices to the Instant Pot and pour the sauce over the meat.
Close the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on high pressure for 45 minutes.
Once done, allow for a natural pressure release for 10 minutes before quick releasing the remaining pressure.
Remove the pork belly from the Instant Pot and slice or shred as desired.
Serve the pork belly with the sauce from the Instant Pot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes:
You can adjust the sweetness and saltiness of the sauce by varying the amount of brown sugar and soy sauce.
